About Patricia: Patricia Soza is a licensed acupuncturist, certified holistic health practitioner, and certified nutrition consultant. She graduated from Five Branches University and has studied with distinguished acupuncturists such as Jeffrey Yuen, Raven Lang, Debra Betts, Master Tang, Richard Tan, Robin Greene, Dr Cowan, Mary Elizabeth Wakefield, and Jake Fratkin. Patricia has had the joy of practicing Eastern Integrative Medicine for over 21 years in the Santa Cruz community. In addition to her private practice, she had the joy of being part owner of a community acupuncture clinic for 2 years where she treated a variety of conditions.
Her hobbies include reading inspirational and educational books, researching health-related topics, natural skin care practices, walks in nature, writing, cooking healthy meals, and gardening with her daughter in their veggie/herb garden.
About Eastern Integrative Medicine: Patricia enjoys using different modalities in her Eastern Integrative practice, including non-needle techniques. Some modalities include acupuncture, E-stim., cold laser, cupping, guasha, ear seeds, tuning forks, nutrition, Rapid Release Technique, infrared light therapy, herbs/supplements, tapping (EFT), GI/Hormone lab use, facial rejuvenation treatments, and lifestyle recommendations.
While Patricia has treated a variety of conditions over the years, her personal experience has focused her practice on women’s health. She often treats peri/menopause symptoms, PMS, immune and digestive conditions, and gives pre-birth treatments. In addition, Patricia enjoys giving rejuvenating and relaxing Facial Acupuncture treatments to rejuvenate the face, body, and mind.
